28th February @ 7:30 am - 9:15 am
Bank of England ‘Agent’ in Town
Join us in conjunction with the Institute of Directors, to hear from Agent, Andrew Holder, for our February breakfast briefing with the Bank of England.
Andrew will speak about the Bank’s outlook for the UK economy in terms of their projections for inflation and growth and would like to hear feedback about trading conditions plus the challenges and issues that business face in the Hastings Area.
The Bank of England has a national network of twelve agencies, spread across the whole of the UK. They act as the ‘eyes and ears’ of the Bank, and play a crucial role in linking local businesses and economies with our policymakers in London.
Before and after the briefing you will have the opportunity to network with fellow members from the Chamber of Commerce plus those of the IoD.
We look forward to welcoming you for a highly informative and timely session, especially considering the 29th March will be just around the corner, unless of course we have changed course meantime!
As ever we encourage you to bring along guests who, along with any visitors, are also welcome, subject to the Chamber’s discretion.
