Rather than speed networking it’s at a more relaxed affair, in the comfort of your home, with a nice cuppa of whatever you fancy.
This will be a structured and business-focused event with our usual twist of humour and enjoyment. An opportunity to chat with others and not just your regular team members.
At this Virtual Coffee Morning we will be joined by Chamber Member, Paul Matthews of insight6, the local Customer Experience specialists who will be speaking to us about customer feedback. Paul’s session will cover why feedback is important and how it can be used to improve the operational delivery of your business as well as generate new customers too. The talk will include Paul’s 5 top tips when it comes to gathering customer feedback. We’ll then move to network with three rounds in groups of three, helping you make lots of quality connections.
It’s perfect if you want to re-engage with members you’ve not seen in a while, whilst building your network efficiently and productively.
