January Members Meeting - with Cllr Paul Barnett

Hastings Borough Council Budget & Strategic Plan 2023

For our first meeting of 2023 we will be joined by the Leader of the Council, Cllr Paul Barnett, who will deliver the annual Budget and Corporate Plan of Hastings Borough Council to the Chamber.

The last few years have highlighted many challenges for the Council and our town. Looking forward to 2023 with the ongoing Cost of Living Crisis, it’s at the forefront of many business’ and local people’s minds – how we’ll feel the impact locally, and how our council will tackle it.

Cllr Paul Barnett will present the proposed annual Budget and Corporate Plan of Hastings Borough Council to the Chamber, followed by a Q&A.

For this meeting, we will be returning to the Hastings Centre on The Ridge, where before Cllr Paul Barnett’s presentation we’ll enjoy tea and coffee and a light breakfast, with our usual style of informal networking.

Please note that tickets must be purchased in advance of the meeting, so that we may inform the venue on the number of attendees prior to January 26th.   

The price of your ticket also includes parking at the Hastings Centre on the day.
